Immigration Medical Exam
Dr. Bensimon is proud to announce that he has been designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Civil Surgeon to conduct medical examinations for Immigration Applicants.
Most applicants for adjustment of immigration status are required to have a medical examination. The medical examination must be conducted by a Civil Surgeon who has been designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Done on a walk-in basis in our office, patients will receive all required services required by USCIS, such as; the medical exam, PPD test and Bloodwork. Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals
Dr. Bensimon is proud to announce he has successfully been certified and designated a Certified Medical Examiner by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. The Physical is done on a walk-in basis in our office which makes this process very convenient. Drivers can easily complete the physical at competitive rates with no hassle. Work Physicals
Dr. Bensimon offers Work Physicals which may be required for certain jobs in the healthcare field. Our office will give you a Certificate of Good Physical and Mental Health and either a PPD skin test to check for TB or a prescription for a Chest X-ray all for the low rate of $40, this Physical is done on a walk-in basis and is quick and convenient, call our office for more information.
